We understand that each of our clients’ circumstances and needs are unique. That is why we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service, which is personal, flexible and tailored to their individual needs.

At the same time, we aim to be open, responsible and fair in our dealings with our clients.

We therefore seek our clients’ views on the service we provide and genuinely value the feedback we receive.

By providing the facility for feedback, our clients can tell us what they think about the service we are providing at any stage, and not just when we ask for it.  Where there is scope for improvement we want to know that, so we can take action.

For every Feedback Form returned we make a donation to our Charity of the Year, so not only will your feedback be valuable to us but you will also be helping a worthwhile cause.
