Stephen Cox and Patrick Jenkins have a wide range of experience in all aspects of commercial disputes from High Court disputes of a complex nature to smaller value, but equally important, cases in the County Court. Where appropriate we will instruct Barristers and we have close links with Barristers’ Chambers in the relevant fields of all litigation to ensure that you receive the best possible service.
As well as providing a full legal service during office hours we are now able to offer free of charge 20 minute meetings by appointment only. These will take place between the hours of 5.30 and 7pm on a fortnightly basis on matters relating to disputes and litigation only. During these sessions we will give preliminary advice only but we hope to be able to provide assistance particularly to those who are in the first instance unable to meet with us during the day.
