We deal with a broad range of commercial property transactions and act on behalf of developers, landlords and tenants. We aim to offer a practical and efficient service to our clients but at a competitive rate.

On behalf of developers, we can deal with all aspects involved in transactions including planning, advising on restrictive covenants, dealing with funding arrangements and plot sales.

 

We have experience in dealing with all types of commercial premises, from pubs and restaurants to GPs and vet’s surgeries, shops, offices and industrial units. We can advise on the following matters:-

  • Acquisition and disposal of investment properties.
  • General advice on leases.
  • Taking or granting a lease.
  • Refinancing and borrowing.
  • Licences.
  • Tenancy agreements.
  • Rights of way and easement issues.
  • We are also experienced in handling agricultural property transactions and have particular expertise in this area due to our location. We can also deal with properties held in self-invested personal pension schemes (SIPS) whether acting on behalf of the pension provider or the tenant.
We do not have a fixed fee structure for commercial property transactions. Costs depend on a number of factors such as the complexity, value and urgency of your transaction. We will however give you an estimate of your likely costs at the outset and will of course inform you if at any stage this estimate changes
