Rebecca is a Solicitor in the firm’s Wills, Probate & Trusts department, based in the Petersfield office.

Rebecca is a specialist in Wills, Probate and Trust matters, but also has considerable experience of advising clients in connection with Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.

Memberships

Rebecca is a fully qualified member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), which recognises her skill and expertise in this area of law. She is also a Professional Member of Solicitors for the Elderly, an organisation promoting specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.
