Claire is an Associate in the firm’s Residential Property Department and is based in the firm’s Petersfield office.

Claire specialises in residential conveyancing, dealing with all aspects of freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Claire studied whilst working at a law firm, qualifying as a CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner in 2020, specialising in Land Law and Conveyancing.  She joined MacDonald Oates in 2022 with eight years conveyancing experience and dual-qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2024. Claire was appointed as an Associate in 2026.

Claire enjoys spending time with her family, going on long walks and travelling.
