Karl is a Partner in the Residential Property Department. He is also Compliance officer for legal practice (COLP). Karl is based at the firm’s Midhurst office.

Karl specialises in residential conveyancing, dealing with all aspects of property sales and purchases, including rural properties, new builds and conversions, as well as dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity.

Karl studied at the University of Southampton, where he obtained an LLB in Law. Karl joined MacDonald Oates as a trainee in 2005. He was admitted as a solicitor in September 2007. Karl was appointed as an Associate in July 2013 and made Partner in July 2015.

In his spare time Karl enjoys running, cycling and skiing and is also learning to sail.
