Sarah is a Partner and Head of our Residential Property department.

Sarah specialises in residential conveyancing and is happy to act for buyers and sellers of a wide variety of properties, from rural or country houses to newbuilds.  Sarah is also experienced in dealing with first registrations, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Sarah studied at the University of Bristol where she gained a BSc(Hons) in Chemistry and Law.  Sarah initially qualified as a barrister then changed career paths and was admitted as a solicitor in October 2007.

Sarah joined MacDonald Oates LLP as an associate in January 2019 and was made Partner in 2022.

Sarah lives locally and enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors as much as possible.
