Robert is a Partner and Head of the firm’s Wills, Probate & Trusts department at our Petersfield office.

Robert is a specialist in wills, probate and trust law. He also has considerable experience of dealing with commercial property and agricultural transactions.
Career History
Robert studied for his Degree in Business Law at City of London Polytechnic.
He joined MacDonald Oates as a Trainee Solicitor in 1986 and became a Partner in 1995.
Professional Associations
Robert is the current President of Hampshire Incorporated Law Society (‘HILS’). He is also a Member of ‘Petersfield Ex-Tablers’.
Personal
Robert is married with two children. He is a Member of PCC of the Parish of Compton and Upmarden and Treasurer of St. Mary’s, Compton, and St. Michael’s, Upmarden.
Robert’s interests include countryside activities, including duathlons, skiing and running.
