MacDonald Oates invests in cutting edge technology

Client service is at the heart of what we do and this is reflected in our Commitment to Client service. As the Firm continues to grow, we need to invest in our technology to ensure those client service levels can be maintained during our growth and into the foreseeable future.

We have therefore recently invested in new case management software and taken all our IT systems into the Cloud with DPS software – DPSCloud.

Nick Ellin, Head of Operations at MacDonald Oates, explains why we selected DPS:
