MacDonald Oates LLP advises on the sale of business assets of GT 85 Limited

MacDonald Oates LLP corporate partner Kevin Smith led the commercial services team on the sale of GT 85 products to WD-40 Company Limited.

GT 85 products sell globally to cycle, motor and industrial markets, from the business’s local headquarters in South Harting.
