Nick is a Partner and Head of Operations and is responsible for many of the firm’s business support functions to ensure the smooth running of the firm. He is also COLP (Compliance officer for legal practice).

Career History

Nick has over 30 years’ experience within legal practice.

After obtaining a Law degree at Southampton University and securing articles with city firm Richards Butler, Nick practised as a company and commercial solicitor with a large regional firm in the South East, before fulfilling several senior legal practice management roles.

Nick has consulted with numerous firms in Surrey and Sussex, providing practice management support and managing finance, HR, compliance, know-how and IT projects to improve profitability and develop lawyer productivity.

Nick joined the firm in 2011.

Personal

Nick lives in Hove, now has two children at University and spends as much time as he can coastal sailing, cycling sportives and walking in the South Downs.
