Superb Client Service Results for 2015

We value the quality of the service that we offer our clients above all else.   For that reason we ask our clients to describe their experience of using MacDonald Oates, in order that we can understand whether we are meeting our objectives and where there may be scope for improvement.

We are therefore absolutely delighted with the results for 2015, with over 97% of clients having agreed that we are meeting our commitment to client service in all areas. This includes being approachable, keeping clients updated during the progress of their matter, explaining the legal issues in clear, simple terms, and offering practical solutions.

Commenting on the results, Head of Client Service, Karl Smith said “The results of last year’s client feedback surveys are really excellent and a fantastic level of satisfaction confirms that we are achieving our objective of providing a leading client service consistently and across the board. As a firm we put client service at the heart of what we do and it is a great feeling for everyone in the firm to receive such a glowing endorsement directly from our clients.   Whilst these results are really great, we certainly will not be complacent and will continue to prioritise client service, as well as looking for innovative ways to enhance every client’s experience of using MacDonald Oates”.
