Updates to compensation limits and the new Living Wage

This time of year is all about change and it is also the time that employers need to watch out for any changes to payments such as statutory sick pay and maternity pay.

Although this year there is little change to such payments, employers instead need to be aware of the new National Living Wage of £7.20 per hour for those over the age of 25.
